Established in 1998 Scream Theatre Schools are workshop based and consist of singing, drama and dance (an hour for each discipline). At scream we compliment each discipline by exploring the connections across the subject of performing arts, as well as respecting the difference between them.
The workshops are designed to be contemporary and relevant to the age group, an alternative to a traditional theatre school environment. We also aim to install self confidence as well as the knowledge of the subject matter. Scream recognizes that each of us is unique, so with our training we strive to provide a balance between teaching technique and encouraging individual expression. Enjoyment is the Key
All of our centres have there own principal. They are well trained and enthusiastic and have been chosen because of their experience.
Their roles consist of leading our teachers, inspiring our pupils, assisting parents and managing our events.
Our teaching staff are a great mix of well trained industry professionals who teach our pupils with the vast knowledge of their experience.
The teaching staff are selected with criteria; The Three E’s, Experience, expression and enthusiasm.
